Working in oil and spanning figurative, still life, and abstract themes, Wiltshire has been actively showcasing her artwork in both solo and group exhibitions since 2002. Accolades include earning finalist positions in the 2004 Brett Whiteley Travelling Art Scholarship, the 2012, 2016, and 2017 editions of the Black Swan Prize For Portraiture (Lester Prize), as well as the 2014 Benalla Nude Prize and the 2017 Kennedy Prize. Additionally, she has been acknowledged as a semi-finalist in the 2014 and 2017 Doug Moran Prize For Portraiture.
